1. Parvanna's mother was against Parvanna digging up bones because she thought it was wrong, she didn't know where Parvanna was or when she would be home.
2.Parvanna and Nooria stopped fighting because Parvanna started working in the market and after a while in the graveyard (they would have more money to get food).Nooria was pleased that she could go outside everyday with her younger siblings and get fresh air and that the smaller children could bathe at the same time at the place she got water (it would be easier than to have to wait for Parvanna to get the water buckets one by one!).
